Pakistani cricketer-turned-politician, the great Imran Khan, chief of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf political party, tied the knot with Bushra Maneka, a faith healer, in Lahore on Sunday.

PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhary reiterated Khan’s marriage, with various Pakistani news channels confirming that the ceremony was held at the place of Maneka’s brother. One of the party leaders Inamul Haq said that only close relatives, including the bride’s mother, and friends participated in the ceremony. Khan’s sisters were not in presence. The ceremony was a low-profile one as per the wish of Imran Khan, he said.
According to the official twitter handle, the wedding (nikah) took place around 9 pm (local time) in the company of family and friends.

This is Imran”s 3rd marriage though, The PTI chief has been married two times before. His first marriage was with Jemima Goldsmith, daughter of a British billionaire, in the year 1995. The married couple though divorced in 2004. Khan’s second marriage to Reham Khan got over 10 months after the marriage had taken place in January 2015. Life can be like that with anyone Imran is no different.
His fans and followers though, and from all over the world, congratulated the once great cricketer and now a politician for Pakistan.
