Kolkata Knight Riders star batsman Rahul Tripathi has been reprimanded for breaching IPL’s Code of Conduct during their game against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Abu Dhabi. Although Kolkata had the last laugh in the nail-biting encounter, this will keep them thinking.

Meanwhile, his joy was shortlived as Rahul Tripathi was immediately called by the match referee. He appeared and accepted the sanction.
“Rahul Tripathi, the Kolkata Knight Riders batsman, has been reprimanded for breaching the Dream11 Indian Premier League’s (IPL) Code of Conduct during his team’s match against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Abu Dhabi. Meanwhile, Lockie Ferguson starred as Kolkata Knight Riders bagged two crucial points against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Super Over. The match ended in a tie with both teams finishing with 163 runs before Ferguson bowled arguably the best over of his life.
The Kiwi superstar who played his first IPL 2020 game, knocked off David Warner off the first ball and then Abdul Samad off the third to set up a target of three wins. Kolkata skipper Eoin Morgan and Dinesh Karthik sailed past the target to revive their confidence in the ongoing competition after a couple of rusty outings.
