All eight franchises are in their stage of planning before the forthcoming IPL 2021 auction. As we look forward, Rajasthan Royals came up with a hilarious reply to a Twitter user, who asked about the franchise’s auction strategy which is scheduled to take place on February 18 in Chennai during the Test series against India and England.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals have been very active on social media platforms and is one of the most engaging social media accounts among all the franchises. Their hilarious tweets and replies have often set the platforms on fire.

While Rajasthan have struggled inside the field in the past couple of seasons, their Twitter admin has been in the form of his life. On Sunday (January 31), RR once again left the users in splits with their comic response to a user.

Asked about their strategy for the IPL 2021 auction, Rajasthan Royals shared the pic of Bollywood actor Harman Baweja from his movie Victory and wrote that they will try to buy him. Released in 2009, Victory is a cricket-centric film.

Meanwhile, ahead of the IPL 2021 auctions, Rajasthan Royals have released eight players – Ankit Rajpoot, Oshane Thomas, Akash Singh, Varun Aaron, Tom Curran, Anirudha Joshi, and Shashank Singh along with their last season’s skipper Steve Smith. Rajasthan also traded veteran batsman Robin Uthappa to Chennai Super Kings.

As a result, they will have their task cut out going into Chennai for the big day with former Sri Lanka skipper Kumar Sangakkara at the helm of things. They will be keen to rope in a couple of fast bowlers – a department that has hurt them badly in the last few seasons.

Young wicket-keeper batsman Sanju Samson, who joined the franchise in 2013, will lead the side in the upcoming tournament.
