Meanwhile, Virat Kohli was last in action during the New Zealand tour. He didn’t had an exciting time as he struggled to put runs under his belt. The India skipper only managed one fifty from 11 innings as the Men in Blues went down in the ODIs and Test series.
Kohli will be desperate to hit the strides as Royal Challengers Bangalore still chase their first IPL trophy. Recently, former India batsman and commentator Aakash Chopra highlighted RCB’s chances in the UAE. The former cricketer believes it will be an outstanding chance for the Royal Challengers to end their barren run.
“Batting conditions would not have much of an impact. In fact, certain teams may start feeling better. RCB for example, because when the grounds are big your bowling is not exposed that much even if it is weak. RCB I think might actually do well,” Chopra said in his YouTube channel.
