According to reports, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have rented out their flat in Juhu’s High Tide Building. The building has a sea-facing view. It was assumed that this flat would be their new home however this flat neither is their abode nor a second home.
Economic Times has reported that they will use this flat as an office for either of them or for both. “They are not going to stay here,” said a source from the building when ETimes visited it, on Wednesday late evening.
Both of them will find it easier to operate from the High Tide Building as it is about 300 metres away from their other flat in Raj Mahal. This flat in the High Tide Building makes it the second flat that the two of them own in the area of Juhu.
Economic Times has also reported that the two of them have contacted workers to start working on the interior decor of their office as they would like to begin working as soon as possible.
Virat Kohli has been rested from the white ball tour of New Zealand after the T20 World Cup
Coincidentally this building is about 1.5 kilometres away from Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s restaurant One8 Commune which was recently inaugurated in Mumbai. Their restaurant is in Kishore Kumar’s Bungalow.
The restaurant has opened a new branch in Mumbai with branches already in cities like Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata and New Delhi. They serve a variety of cuisines such as North Indian, Italian, Authentic Chinese or its localised version. They seem to meet people’s expectations.
Virat Kohli has been rested from the white ball tour of New Zealand after having a successful T20 World Cup campaign with the bat scoring 296 runs in 6 innings which includes four half-centuries. He was the highest run-getter for both India and the tournament. He has also surpassed Mahela Jayawardene by scoring the maximum number of runs in T20 World Cups.
