Team India wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant recently had a good time playing arcade video games alongside Shikhar Dhawan. After being sidelined for over a year due to serious injuries from a December 2022 car accident, Pant underwent medical treatment and dedicated himself to rehabilitation at the NCA in Bengaluru throughout 2023.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t recover in time for the ODI World Cup. Pant is now set to make his highly anticipated return by captaining the Delhi Capitals (DC) in the upcoming IPL 2024.
Shikhar Dhawan, who was once Rishabh Pant’s teammate at Delhi Capitals and is now leading Punjab Kings (PBKS), has fallen out of favor with the Indian team in the last couple of years due to the ascendance of Shubman Gill.

Delhi Capitals faced challenges in the previous season, securing the ninth position in the points table under David Warner’s captaincy.
