The Indian team is currently in Australia to play a full-fledged series against the Men in Yellow. They play 3 ODI, 3 T20Is and four test matches with the ODIs starting from November 27. Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw are also with the team down under.

They are practising hard with the team with a view to clean sweep the Aussies in their own backyard. Meanwhile, amid their intense practice sessions, Dhawan found time to time to flaunt his dance moves with Shaw.

He uploaded a video on his official Instagram handle grooving to the Bollywood song from the 90s, “Saat Samundar Par”. “Laila is still making me mad,” Shikhar Dhawan captioned the hilarious video and tagged Prithvi Shaw in his Instagram post. The duo is in the middle of their 14-day quarantine period after landing in Australia.

While Shikhar Dhawan has been selected in India ODI and T20I squad, Shaw has been selected for the Tests. They represented Delhi Capitals who played their first-ever IPL final in 2020. Dhawan ended his season with 18 runs from 17 games. He also went past the 100-run mark twice in the lucrative T20 league.

Prithvi Shaw scored 228 runs from 13 games for Delhi this season and was very inconsistent for the side. He was dismissed in the first over in several games for Dehli.

Meanwhile, the BCCI has sent a jumbo squad for the Australia series keeping all the protective measures in mind. Several young cricketers have been given an opportunity after their consistent performances in the bygone IPL season.

Meanwhile, On Monday, Shikhar Dhawan had posted a video of himself batting in the nets as Dhawan prepared for an important tour of Australia.

“Preparations in full swing for an important tour ahead,” Dhawan had captioned the post.
