S Sreesanth is back and he showed that he means business during a warm-up match ahead of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The veteran fast bowler is part of Kerala’s side for the upcoming domestic T20 tournament that begins from January 10. The Aggressive Sreesanth was at his best during the warm-up as he bowled with great pace and control.
The 37-year-old unleashed his wide array of skills as he intimidated every batsman. Sreesanth was also seen sledging and staring every batsman when they played a false shot. Much like he did in his prime, Sreesanth did not shy away from making eye contact with batsmen after bowling according to his plans.
Aggressive Sreesanth Returns
Sreesanth will return to competitive cricket after serving a ban of 7 years. Now the speedster is looking forward to performing for Kerala and then even again play for India again. In the warm-up match, Sreesanth gave a glimpse of his fearless attitude as he once again expressed his emotions on the field.

Recently, Sreesanth asserted that his goal is to represent India in the 2023 world cup. The pacer wants to make valuable contributions in domestic cricket and also revealed that he has been getting inquires from IPL teams.
“Both Tinu and Sanju Samson have said they want to gift the trophy to me as I make a comeback. But I am not looking only at Mushtaq Ali but also to win Irani and Ranji. If I do well, I will get more opportunities. I have been getting inquiries for IPL, too, and I have to make sure that I am fit and bowling well”, Sreesanth told The Times of India.
“I am not just looking at the season ahead but at the next three years. My real goal is to be in the 2023 World Cup team and win the cup”, he added.
Meanwhile, at one point of time, Sreesanth was touted as the future of India’s fast bowling. He played a pivotal role in several victories of team India both at home and overseas. Sreesanth 2.0 is now aiming to make it big again in cricket and once again don the blue of India which will certainly be a memorable moment in his career.
