Steve Smith has been in terrible form recently, as the veteran Australian batter struggled to score big for his side and became a troll target by Twitter users.
Smith hasn’t been seen in touch and was unable to put up a decent knock for the side, he was dismissed for a duck in the final ODI match against the Indian side.
Steve Smith enjoyed a brilliant average against the Indian side of 44.90 in ODIS and has scored 4939 runs in 141 matches. However, he failed to score even a single half-century in the ODI and test series against India.
Smith has struggled on Indian soil, as he was not able to regain the momentum and his form back and he could not convert the starts into a bigger knock.
Twitter users mockingly target him for his inconsistent performance against the Indian side, some users even questioned his place in the playing 11 for the Australian side.
