Team India cricketers took some time off from their practice to have some fun as they visited a popular beach in West Indies ahead of the 3rd ODI on Wednesday (July 27). The Men in Blue are currently in a light mood, having sealed the series with one match to go.
Riding on batting masterclasses from Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson and Axar Patel, the Men in Blue gunned down 312 runs in the second game with two balls to spare to wrap up the series.
The cricketers have shared some snapshots on social media from their trip to Pigeon Point beach in Tobago, in which they are clearly seen having a great time. On Tuesday, July 26, Team India batter Suryakumar Yadav shared an Insta story in which he was seen posing with wife Devisha Shetty and other members of the ODI outfit during their beach visit.
Team India will be keen to complete a 3-0 whitewash of the West Indies when they take on the hosts in the final ODI in Trinidad on Wednesday, July 27.
India cricketers check into team hotel ahead of T20Is
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a small clip on their official social media handles where the cricketers were seen checking into the team hotel ahead of the five T20Is.
Along with Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, and Dinesh Karthik, spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav, all-rounder Harshal Patel and Bhuvneshwar Kumar also joined the squad. The BCCI captioned the video as:
“The T20I squad members have arrived here in Trinidad. The 5-match T20I series is all set to commence on July 29. #WIvIND #TeamIndia.”

The first T20I is scheduled to take place on July 29 at the Brian Lara Stadium, before two games in St Kitts on August 1 and 2. The final two games will be played at Lauderhill in Florida in the USA, on August 6 and 7.
