Virat Kohli received the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award from the president Ramnath Kovind today. It is a moment of pride for the Indian skipper who is now ruling the world of cricket.

Virat Kohli has now received two awards from the Indian government for his contribution to cricket. Back in 2013, he was awarded Arjuna while a year ago he became the recipient of Padmashri. Barring above mentioned awards, he has been receiving several accolades since 2013 from the BCCI and Wisden.
Virat Kohli is currently spending some time off the field as he was on a hectic schedule. Nonetheless, he is cheering the side from home as he is tweeting about the side”s performance in his Twitter handle.
