The inaugural edition of Global T20 league at Canada received some good response from the audience. Vancouver Knights have crowned the champions for their complete domination against the opposition throughout the league.

In the final, they had an upper hand over the CWI B team and some stellar efforts from Sheldon Cottrell made sure to complete the formalities for the side.

Meanwhile, the universe Boss Chris Gayle made it to the headlines once again but this time for his fielding efforts. He pulled off a breathtaking stunner at the slips when he dismissed Kavem Hodge off Fawad Ahmed. The boss was all smiles after he grabbed the catch and his teammates were delighted by his presence of mind.

Chris Gayle had already announced that 2019 World Cup will be his final appearance in the ODI format. He is just 400 runs away to reach the 10K club. In all possibilities, he can make it to the club until and unless any hindrances like injuries play a part. Needless to say that his partnerships with Evin Lewis will play a major role in deciding their fortunes.
