Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja who is known for having a quick action tried a new bowling action ahead of the third day’s play of the second test against Sri Lanka in Colombo. Jadeja imitated former India spinner Murali Kartik and bowled a single delivery which was exactly how Kartik used to bowl.

Murali Kartik was standing beside the pitch where Indian team was practicing before the start of the third day’s play. Seeing the former left-arm spinner Jadeja tried a similar bowling action which went over the stumps.

BCCI from its official twitter handle tweeted, “When @imjadeja did a @kartikmurali impersonation #SLvIND,” with a video of the same.

Jadeja went past 150 wickets in test cricket becoming the second fastest Indian bowler after Ravichandran Ashwin to achieve this feat.
