Though the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar retired in 2013, his attachment from the game isn”t lost. As a mentor for Mumbai Indians, he has been doing his part in motivating the side to perform well on each and every edition of the Indian Premier League. On the other hand from 2018, his new academy in association with Middlesex Cricket Academy named TMGA has also been training a lot of aspiring cricketers to come out well in their future.
In a recent tweet by the Little Master Sachin Tendulkar in his Twitter handle, he was seen bowling in the nets to Vinod Kambli, his childhood friend. It is to be noted that both of them were trained by the great coach Ramakant Achrekar and history has its own pages about the binding between them. However, Sachin revealed a fact that can really fascinate us.
In his tweet, Sachin Tendulkar mentioned that he and Vinod Kambli have never played against each other even once in the lifetime. Sachin also said that only very few people are aware of this particular fact and playing alongside him in the lunch break of TMGA has taken him back to those days when they used to play together at Shivaji Park.
Sachin has proved his part in the bowling department by providing crucial breakthroughs many times. In fact the master has picked close to 200 wickets in all formats of the Internationals combined.
