Whenever you think of an Indo-Pak encounter what is the first thing that comes to your mind? The excitement? The pressure? The rivalry? Naah! It is the Mauka Mauka ad. Since its release in 2015, Mauka Mauka ad has become synonymous with India-Pakistan encounter!
For the Champions Trophy, Star Sports has been coming up with various hashtags like #ChampionsKaWorldCup, #WahiWorldCupWaliFeeling and the latest being #SabseBadaMoh for India vs Pakistan game to be played at Edgbaston on 4 June.
Before the much-anticipated clash there is a video which is going viral and it is yet another hilarious one! The video shows Pakistani fan going to book air tickets to England to watch the Champions Trophy where he then meets an Indian fan.
The travel agent asks why he is going to England. After he comes to know that person is going to watch Champions Trophy he reminds him what happened in 2013 (In 2013 Pakistan lost all 3 group stage matches). The fan said he reckons they have better chance this time around as India is not playing.
When the travel agent asked him wheteher he watched TV he got into an awkward moment (As a popular saying goes when Pakistan loses to team India they smash their TV sets).
After giving him the ticket the Indian fan arrives. At first the Pakistani guy thinks he is going to England to watch other teams play Champions Trophy. But when it comes to his knowledge that India is playing and Pakistan will be facing India on 4 June, his heart is in his mouth. The Indian guy asks him which are the fast bowlers that Pakistan have picked in their squad.
He says Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Amir and others. The Indian man says they should have rather picked those fast bowlers which are playing in Kashmir (Stone pelters). The Indian man sums it up in the end by saying cricket is the only place where they don’t have to show evidence when India beats Pakistan..
It is a nice blend of Indo-Pak cricket history, politics and current affairs in a humorous way. Which one is a better? This video or the earlier Mauka Mauka? Do let us know!
