Virat Kohli’s luck at the tosses hasn’t been great whether it be for India or in the IPL. However Kohli today finally won a toss which even shocked him. The Royal Challengers Bangalore initially thought he has lost yet another toss. Sanju Samson was about to speak when Ian Bishop reminded Kohli that it’s him who has won the toss.

Drama at the toss after Virat Kohli wins it 

Kohli was amazed and double-checked about winning the toss. He finally realised that he indeed won it and asked Samson to move so he could speak. It was hilarious scenes as it bought a smile to even Samson’s face. Kohli gave the coin a flick and Samson called tails. After the coin landed Bishop was clear that it came down as heads.

However, Kohli is used to losing tosses that he started congratulating Samson and moved away. When Bishop told him he won it he said ‘ We won it? I’m not used to winning tosses’. Kohli then elected to bowl first on a high scoring Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.

The RCB skipper looked a bit relieved after winning the toss as defending a total can be mighty difficult at Wankhede. The unbeaten RCB side has made just a solitary change and has brought in death overs specialist Kane Richardson in place of Rajat Patidar.

As as far the Royals is concerned has also made a single change. Jaydev Unadkat goes out and in comes Shreyas Gopal who has a brilliant record against RCB in IPL.
