The International Cricket Council (ICC) has updated the latest ICC Rankings for ODI cricket. In the latest ICC ODI Rankings, Virat Kohli has slipped out of the top 3 batsmen Rankings in ODI cricket. Kohli has dropped down to the 4th position , while Indian captain Rohit Sharma has dropped down to 5th position.

Virat Kohli didn’t have a good ODI series in England. He managed to score just 33 runs in two ODIs he played. This is for the first time since October, 2015 that Virat Kohli is not present in ICC Top 3 batsmen rankings in ODI format. Virat Kohli is going through a tough phase in his cricketing career. Earlier he also lost his place from ICC Top 10 Test batsman rankings this month.

South African batsman Rassie Van Der Dussen is the new 3rd Ranked ODI batsman in the world currently. Rassie has been in brilliant form in ODI cricket in the last 2 years. Rassie hit a brilliant century against England in the first ODI at Durham. Dussen averages more than 70 in ODI format.

Indian Wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant has moved to 52nd position after playing a brilliant knock in the last ODI against England. He made a jump of almost 25 places. Pakistan captain Babar Azam has retained his ICC No.1 Ranked ODI batsman position.

Trent Boult becomes ICC No.1 Ranked ODI bowler 

Trent Boult has replaced Jasprit Bumrah as the ICC No.1 Ranked ODI bowler. Bumrah missed the last ODI against England due to injury.  Shakib Al Hasan has retained his ICC ODI No.1 ranked position in All Rounder category. Hardik Pandya has also made his entry in the top 10 ICC ranked All Rounders in ODIs.

Hardik Pandya has also made a big jump in ICC ODI bowling rankings. Pandya moved up 25 places to 70th position in ICC ODI bowling rankings after picking a four wicket haul in last ODI against England at Manchester. Hardik has been in brilliant form since his comeback in Indian team.
