Virat Kohli once again led from the front this time in the field as he executed a stunning catch. Kohli leapt to his left side and snaffled an important catch of debutant Cameron Green. Team India before that was having an awful day in the field as they dropped three catches of Marnus Labuschagne.
Luckily the Indian bowlers still kept trying and they finally reaped the reward of their hard work. When it was assumed that Cameron Green will score runs in his debut match he gave a catching opportunity to the Indian captain. Kohli, as usual, was up to the task and did not do any mistake as he pulled off a breath-taking catch.

Cameron Green looked to pull a shortish delivery bowled by Ashwin which he miscued towards Kohli who was fielding at short mid-wicket. As soon as Virat Kohli saw the ball in the air he jumped towards his left and completed an important catch. Once the catch was taken, Kohli like always celebrated it in style as he removed his cap and acknowledged the cheers of the supporters at the Adelaide Oval.

Meanwhile that Virat Kohli stunner has surely put India in the driving seat of the day and night test at Adelaide. The hosts are currently reeling at 83 for 5 with the pitch assisting the Indian bowlers. The fast bowlers have been immaculate with their line and length which has had Australia batting constantly on the backfoot. Plus, Ashwin has used the conditions to his advantage and picked 3 big wickets.
Coming back to the Indian captain, he has not put a foot wrong in the test match so far. He looked calm and composed when he batted and stroked a beautiful half-century that helped India post a decent total.
