After winning the Border Gavaskar Trophy, team India is all set to keep dominating the mighty Australian side in the ODI series. The Australian side may have lost the test series, but they are not to be taken lightly as they are the most consistent and strongest team that can defeat any team on its day.

Australia will be playing 3 ODI matches against the Indian side, the first ODI will be played at Wankhede Stadium and telecasted on Star Sports at 1:30 PM.

Former Indian veteran batsman Wasim Jaffer believes that Australia can bounce back in the ODI series, as David Warner and Glenn Maxwell will be making a comeback after a long time.

Both the players are coming off from an injury and they will be eager to score runs for the side, David Warner suffered a severe hairline fracture and recovered from that on the other hand Maxwell suffered from a devastating leg injury.

Kohli, Surya and Hardik Pandya included in ICC T20I team of year for 2022

David Warner enjoys a decent batting record against India, he has scored 991 runs in 21 ODI matches at an average of 52.10. On the other hand, Glenn Maxwell has scored 913 runs in 28 ODI matches at an average of 38.04.

Royal Challengers Bangalore will be interested to keep a keen eye on Glenn Maxwell, as he is an X factor for any team. Maxwell’s ability to score runs at a quick pace in middle overs is what any side needs.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore side displayed immense faith in retaining the destructive Australian batter, Maxwell scored a whooping 301 runs and picked up 6 wickets.
