A funny and silly moment was witnessed in a match between Prague Barbarians and Vinohrady. In a funny video shared by ECC, the batting pair ran three runs due to silly mistakes from the keeper and fielders. Batsman charged down to hit a six but he completely missed the ball.

Keeper couldn’t collect the ball properly in time. He threw the ball for stumping him but didn’t hit the stumps. As a result, the batsman ran for a run. The bowler at the non-striker end also failed to collect the ball. Batsman sensed an opportunity and took another run.

This didn’t end here. Bowler threw the ball at the striker’s end. But once again the keeper failed to collect the ball properly. Both the batsmen charged for another run. Batsman managed to take three runs on a ball which should have been stumped out.

The match was reduced to 3 overs per side due to rain. Prague Barbarians defeated Vinohrady by 5 runs in their clash in European Cricket League.

The European Cricket League is conducted by the various European clubs. It was formed to popularise cricket in European countries. This league is played by unprofessionals due to which we have witnessed several funny moments on the field in the league. The grounds are also small in size.
