Watch – Best Catch Of All-Time By A Wicket-keeper As Ben Horne Grabs A Stunner

We have often spoken about the former Team India skipper MS Dhoni for having the best reflex in the business for his lightning-fast stumpings and catches behind the stump. But the wicket-keeper from Auckland, Ben Horne produced something outrageous during a Plunkett Shield game against Wellington which has taken even the pundits of the game by surprise.

The wicket-keeper from Auckland grabbed an absolute stunner behind the timber to get the better of Logan van Beek in the ongoing Plunket Shield game between Auckland Aces and Wellington Firebirds. Left-arm spinner Louis Delport bowled one which invited Logan van Beek to go for an expensive drive.

The Wellington batsman duly obliged as he stepped out and went for an ambitious shot but could only manage to knick the ball behind the stumps. The ball would have gone to the fielder standing at the first slip but Ben Horne had some other ideas.

The wicket-keeper produced a moment of brilliance to pluck an unbelievable catch even though the ball had crossed him and was on its way to the first slip fielder. His reaction after the catch was even more interesting as he did not celebrate it at all while the first slip fielder had his hand on his head in shock.
