In the BBL 2023 match against Sydney Sixers, Melbourne Stars’ captain Glenn Maxwell smashed a huge six at the Sydney Cricket Ground on December 26, hitting the roof of a stand before landing in the crowd.

In the seventh over of the second innings, Glenn Maxwell unleashed a powerful shot against Jackson Bird, propelling the length delivery high into the sky. The ball soared 92 meters, striking the roof of the stands on the leg side, but Glenn Maxwell’s aggressive approach led to his dismissal on the next delivery.
