Team India cricketers went mad inside the dressing room after beating Zimbabwe 3-0 in the ODI series. It was a close affair in the final game of the series, but the Men in Blue held their nerves to clinch the tie in the final ODI on Monday, August 23, at the Harare Sports Club. This is India’s 15th consecutive ODI victory against Zimbabwe.

Batting first, the visitors banked on a fabulous maiden ODI ton from Shubman Gill (130 off 97) to post 289/8 in their 50 overs. In response, Sikandar Raza (115 off 95) almost took the hosts home with a blistering hundred. Gill once again came to India’s rescue, taking a stunning catch to dismiss Raza and swing the match in his side’s favour.

Team India cricketers capped off their outstanding series win with hilarious dance moves inside the dressing room. Dancing to a peppy Bollywood number, ‘Kala Chashma’, the likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Ishan Kishan, and Gill showed unique dance moves as they celebrated their victory in a fun way.

Dhawan shared the hilarious video on his official Instagram handle and captioned it, “That’s how we celebrate the win😎😎#Kala chasma.”

“I got a schooling after I got out in the second ODI” – Shubman Gill

Shubman Gill, who was awarded the Player of the Series for his consistent batting performance, dedicated the special feat to his father, who has been his personal coach since childhood. Speaking at the post-match presentation ceremony, Gill said:

“My father has been my primary coach. I got a schooling after I got out in the second ODI, so I dedicate this to him.”

Despite his rich form, Shubman Gill was not picked in India’s Asia Cup squad and will have to wait for a few months before his next India assignment.
