“Excuse my little one,” Buttler said in the video as Georgia can be heard making noise in the background before making an appearance on the camera. He was speaking about England’s preparations for the upcoming series.
Buttler said that with the World T20 coming up in India, they are busy forming a strong side for the tournament. England found their niche in the ODI set up and the World Cup triumph was an example of that. However, they are yet to find their bestT20I side.

“To go and win the series is the ultimate aim, of course. We’re building towards a World Cup but one thing we did very well in 50-over cricket was win and learn at the same time,” Buttler said in the presser.
He further said that getting into the World T20 on the back of wins helps build the confidence of the side.
“We’re building into a tournament, so of course winning gives you confidence. When you can play well, you gain role clarity in the side, and you can try to nail down your 11 and 15 (squad), “ he added.
Jos Buttler arrived late in IPL 2020. However, he did not have a season to remember with the Rajasthan Royals. He scored 328 runs in 13 games with just two fifties to his name. His performance in the season was nowhere close to the reputation he has built for him in the tournament.
