[Watch] Kuldeep Yadav Bowls A Ripper To Dismiss Aiden Markram During First ODI

Team India spinner Kuldeep Yadav was at his best against Aiden Markram during the first one-day International between India and South Africa on Thursday, October 6 in Lucknow.  He bowled an absolute ripper to dismiss the South African batter for a duck in the match. The left-arm bowler is making his return to the Indian team in the ODI format this series.

The first ODI got off to a delayed start due to rain and was shortened by 10 overs for each innings. Indian skipper Shikhar Dhawan won the toss and opted to bowl first. South African openers Quinton De Kock and Jannemann Malan got the team off to a decent start. However, Shardul Thakur struck twice to dismiss Jannemann Malan and Temba Bavuma.

Aiden Markram walked out to bat after the fall of the first two wickets. However, his stay at the crease lasted only five deliveries. In the sixteenth over, Kuldeep Yadav bowled him with an absolute beauty. Markram tried to defend the ball, but it brushed his front pad and went between the gap of his pad and bat to hit the top of the off-stump. The dismissals left the fans and the experts impressed.
