[WATCH]- LSG’s Justin Langer And Jonty Rhodes Groove To The Song ‘Hayo Rabba’ In Anticipation Of IPL 2024

The coaching and support staff of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), including Justin Langer, Jonty Rhodes, and Lance Klusner, enjoyed themselves at a public event leading up to the forthcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season.

LSG shared a video on Instagram showing Langer, Rhodes, and Klusner dancing to the song ‘Hayo Rabba’. They captioned the post:

“The best thing you’ll see today.”

Langer took over from Andy Flower as the new head coach of LSG following the conclusion of the previous IPL season. The 53-year-old has previously held coaching positions with Australia, Perth Scorchers, and Western Australia.

The rest of the LSG coaching team includes Sridharan Sriram and Lance Klusner as assistant coaches, Pravin Tambe as the spin bowling coach, Morne Morkel as the fast bowling coach, and Jonty Rhodes as the fielding coach.

However, Gautam Gambhir stepped down from his role as LSG’s Global mentor and joined the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) before the IPL 2024 auction. LSG has yet to announce his replacement.

The support staff is now focused on aiding the Lucknow-based franchise in their quest for their first IPL title, having reached the eliminator stage in the past two seasons.

LSG’s lineup and timetable for IPL 2024

Under the leadership of KL Rahul, LSG will kick off their IPL 2024 journey against the inaugural champions Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium in Jaipur on March 24th.

March 24: Rajasthan Royals vs Lucknow Super Giants at Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium in Jaipur

March 30: Punjab Kings vs Lucknow Super Giants at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow

April 2: Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Lucknow Super Giants at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru

April 7: Gujarat Titans vs Lucknow Super Giants at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow
