India defeated England by 49 runs in the second T20I match at Edgbaston. With this win , the Indian team has sealed the 3 match T20I series against England. The Indian team is currently leading the series by 2-0. Rohit Sharma led Indian team has been absolutely ruthless with their approach in the ongoing T20I series.

During the second T20I against England, Hardik Pandya was heard saying some inappropriate words to a fielder. Hardik Pandya said: “Mere time mere pe dekho, maa chud@@ne gya vo ( During my bowling listen to me , not to anybody else). Hardik didn’t look impressed with the fielder for not listening to him. Some fans feel that Hardik said these cuss words for Rohit Sharma.

Brilliant comeback of Hardik Pandya has been one of the biggest positives for the Indian team. Hardik had a brilliant IPL season where he excelled in all three departments, be it Batting, bowling or captaincy. Hardik continued his great form for the Indian team too. He had a great T20I series against South Africa.

Hardik Pandya followed it up with an all round performance in 1st T20I. He was at his best in the first T20I match against England at Southampton. The Indian all-rounder played a crucial role in the victory of the Indian T20I team in the first T20I. Pandya played a knock of  51 runs in 33 balls and picked 4 wickets with the ball.

Ravindra Jadeja and Bhuvneshwar Kumar guide India to series win

Ravindra Jadeja and Bhuvneshwar Kumar played the biggest role in the win of Indian team in 2nd T20I. Jadeja played a brilliant knock of 46 runs in 29 balls which helped India post a total of 170 runs. While Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked crucial Wickets of Jason Roy and Jos Buttler which broke the backbone of England in the run chase.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the post match presentation said: “When the ball swings you enjoy bowling. But if I am not wrong , white ball has not swung much in England in the past few years. He (Buttler) is a dangerous player and if he goes past the powerplay, he can score big. If the ball swings it motivates you to do well and I am confident right now.”
