Mumbai is a city of stars, yet there is one man who has outshone them all- Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar. The legend currently is a part of Mumbai Indians’ support staff as the Franchise ‘Icon’. Sachin recently checked in to Hotel Trident BKC (Bandra-Kurla Complex), Mumbai for the mandatory quarantine before joining the MI squad for IPL 2022.

Sachin on his Instagram account revealed that he received a pleasant surprise when he entered his hotel room. With the use of photographs, Sachin’s complete life journey was depicted in a chronological order in his room.

The first picture was from the famous 664-run partnership between Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli in the Harris-Shield tournament (1988). Then the picture from Sachin’s international debut in 1989 was there followed by the moment when he scored his first Test century (1990).

Sachin’s wedding (1995) picture was also featured. There were also photos of his children (Arjun and Sara). The last Photo in the timeline was from Sachin’s final Test match, at Wankhede Stadium. Even the pillows in the room had pictures of Sachin printed.

Sachin’s friend Vinod Kambli commented on the post: “Kya baat hai Master… Yaadein taaza ho gyi” (Wow Master, the memories are refreshed)
