Half-centuries from Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar propel RCB towards a target of over 200 runs in the IPL 2024 match

Half-centuries by Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar have RCB positioned well for a substantial score against SRH in the IPL on Thursday. Currently, RCB stands at 152/4 after 15.4 overs, with Mahipal Lomror and Cameron Green batting.

Patidar, in his 100th IPL game, claimed the crucial wickets of Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar. Faf du Plessis and his team are eager to retaliate against Sunrisers after their defeat by 25 runs earlier this season in a high-scoring match at their home ground.  The Bengaluru-based team is striving for their second season victory, having secured only one win (against Punjab Kings) in the initial eight matches.

Meanwhile, the team led by Pat Cummins aims to extend their winning streak following four consecutive victories against Chennai Super Kings, Punjab Kings, RCB, and Delhi Capitals. They currently occupy the third position in the points table, having secured five wins out of seven matches.
