Team India ended their ICC T20 World Cup 2021 campaign on a high beating Namibia by nine wickets in Dubai on Monday. While it was an exemplary effort from the men in blues, wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant won hearts for his generous act.

The incident took place during the first innings of the match after Virat Kohli asked Namibia to bat first. Rishabh accidentally stepped on the bat of Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton when he had dived to complete the second run.

However, Pant was quick to touch the bat of the batsman to show respect towards the cricket equipment which caught everyone’s attention. It went viral on social media with fans showing wholehearted love to Rishabh Pant.
