Yuvraj Singh’s Match-Winning Knock
Before the lively Holi celebration, Yuvraj Singh played a crucial role in India Masters’ emphatic 94-run victory over Australia Masters, securing their place in the final. Batting first, India Masters posted an imposing 220/7, thanks to Tendulkar’s composed 42-run knock and Yuvraj’s aggressive stroke play. Despite early setbacks with the dismissals of Ambati Rayudu (5) and Pawan Negi (11), Tendulkar anchored the innings with his characteristic elegance.
Yuvraj then took charge, smashing Bryce McGain for three massive sixes in a single over and reaching a blistering half-century in just 26 balls. Yusuf Pathan and Stuart Binny added the finishing touches to the innings, propelling India Masters to a formidable total.

In response, Australia Masters struggled against India’s disciplined bowling attack. The chase faltered early as Vinay Kumar struck crucial blows, dismissing Shane Watson (5) and Shaun Marsh (21) within the powerplay. Despite their efforts, Australia never recovered from the early setbacks, handing India Masters a comfortable win.
