Former India captain Sourav Ganguly recently paid a visit to Delhi Capitals’ (DC) training camp ahead of the upcoming Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 season. As JSW Group’s director of cricket, overseeing DC’s WPL operations for 2025 and 2026, Ganguly actively participated in the session.

To offer fans a behind-the-scenes look, DC shared a video on their Instagram handle showcasing the training activities. During his visit, Ganguly interacted with several players, including Jemimah Rodrigues, Alice Capsey, and Shafali Verma, offering them guidance in the nets. The Delhi franchise captioned the post:

Ganguly recently spoke about his collaboration with the JSW Group and shared his enthusiasm for working with the Delhi Capitals women’s team in the WPL.

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the JSW Group and the Jindal family personally and professionally which made this an easy decision. JSW Sports has been doing visionary work across the board, and I am pleased to be able to lend my experience to all its cricketing projects,” Ganguly said in a statement.
