England and New Zealand are facing each other at Lords in the first Test match of the ongoing 3- match Test series. It’s going to be a cracker of a series between the two teams.Â
Both the teams have great swing bowlers to exploit swinging conditions in England. The first day witnessed the fall of 17 wickets. Batters found it difficult to play fast bowling on the first day. New Zealand was all out on 132 runs. The England batsman too collapsed from 92 for 2 to 100 for 7.Â
However, a clip of a young boy has gone viral on social media. In the video, a boy can be seen holding a small cricket bat and he is standing behind Kane Williamson who was practising his shots in nets. The boy can be seen recreating the same shots which were played by Williamson in nets.
This video has gone viral on social media and won the hearts of many people. Lord’s Cricket ground social media handle too posted this video with the caption: “Some wholesome content Young cricket fan Tom watching and playing every Kane Williamson shot in the nets.”

“We need to put ball in good areas”- Kyle Jamieson reveals the bowling plans for England batsmen
Kane Williamson didn’t have a good outing in this match. He was dismissed on a score of 2 runs in first innings and a score of 15 runs in second innings. In both the innings, he was dismissed by debutant Matthew Potts. Kyle Jamieson played a crucial role in comeback of NZ in this match.
After the first day play, Jamieson in an interview with Sky Sports said: “We still felt like we were very much in game. We knew we had to bowl well, but as things tend to happen here, they tend to happen pretty quickly. We’ve seen that through the first part of the day so you know, if we put the ball in good areas we thought we had a chance.”
