Team India cricketer Virat Kohli’s on-field persona is loved by the fans. He is known to be very expressive on the field. During the third test between India and Australia, the veteran batter was seen dancing, as the camera panned toward him. The third Test match got underway on Wednesday, March 1 at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.

The incident took place on the 13th over of the second innings on the first day. The cameraman focus on the former Indian skipper, who was seen dancing on the field. A fan shared the video on social media earlier today. The video has gone viral, as the fans loved the entertaining side of Virat Kohli.

Virat Kohli’s fine knock fails to steady India’s sinking ship in the first innings

Talking about Virat Kohli’s performance, the batter played a fine hand on a difficult surface. He was the leading run-scorer for India in the innings, with 22 runs off 52 deliveries. Opener Shubman Gill also scored 21 runs in the innings, while none of the other batters cross the twenty-run mark.

Team India was bowled out for a paltry 109 runs in the first innings after opting to bat first. Matthew Kuhnemann took a five-wicket haul in the innings, conceding just sixteen runs. Meanwhile, Nathan Lyon picked up three wickets, and Todd Murphy took one in the innings. In response to India’s 109, Australia has put on 156 runs at the loss of four wickets. Ravindra Jadeja has picked all four wickets so far.

The likes of Travis Head, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, and Steven Smith are back in the hut. Usman Khawaja slammed 60 runs off 147 deliveries, with four boundaries. Peter Handscomb and Cameron Green are at the crease for Australia at the end of the first day’s play, leading by 47 runs in the innings.
