Indian cricketer Virat Kohli looked in fine spirits at the practice session on Saturday, July 16 before the third ODI against England at the Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester. He has not been in the best of forms lately, which has given rise to a lot of questions about his place in the Indian team. However, the former Indian skipper does not seem to be too affected by the criticism.

Virat Kohli was spotted in a relaxed mood during the practice session in Manchester. He showed off some dance moves before heading for his net session. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. It was refreshing for the fans to see Virat Kohli keeping all the worries about his form aside, and enjoying his time in England.

The 33-year-old has had a dismal run so far in ongoing India’s tour of England. He could not contribute much in the fifth rescheduled Test match. Unfortunately for Virat Kohli, the lean patch continued in the limited-overs series. The three-match ODI series between India and England stands equaled at 1-1 after the first two games. Virat Kohli will be keen to put up a good performance in the final ODI.

Virat Kohli rested for upcoming India’s tour of the West Indies

The BCCI recently announced the ODI and the T20I squad for the upcoming tour of the West Indies. India will be playing a three-match ODI series, starting from July 22, followed by the five T20Is. Virat Kohli has been rested for both the limited-overs series. The decision has received a lot of criticism from former cricketers, who have questioned the need to rest Kohli when he is not in form.

Interestingly, Virat Kohli has already missed several matches this year. He was not part of the second match against South Africa earlier this year. The veteran batter also missed a T20I against West Indies and T20I series against Sri Lanka and South Africa.
