[WATCH] “Who Would Marcus Stoinis Be To Someone In The NBA/NFL?” – Photographer Responds To Viral Video Of Him Not Recognizing Cricketer

David Guerrero, a photographer from the USA, posted a playful message on social media after a video of him not recognizing Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis became widely popular. A video circulated on social media on Wednesday, August 9, featuring Stoinis and his girlfriend Sarah Czaenuch enjoying their vacation in New York, USA.

The clip captures the couple walking down a street, with photographer Guerrero approaching them for photographs. Upon approaching the couple, Guerrero displays his pictures, impressing both Stoinis and Sarah Czaenuch. He proceeds to inquire about their origin, to which they simultaneously respond “Australia.”

Guerrero expresses his fondness for the Ashes, inadvertently indicating his lack of recognition of Stoinis. After sharing the video on his social media account, cricket fans expressed surprise that Guerrero didn’t recognize Stoinis. Many comments pointed out that he had photographed a cricket star, not an average person.

Afterwards, Guerrero returned to social media and posted a playful question, which read:

“To my cricket fans who would Marcus Stoinis be to someone in the NBA/NFL.”

One user responded with “LeBron James,” while another suggested that if Guerrero unintentionally captures Virat Kohli, he’d become the world’s most prominent photographer.
