Delhi Capitals batter Yash Dhull is gearing up for the Indian Premier League 2022 season, which kick starts on March 26 in Mumbai. The U19 world cup winning skipper, hit the ground running on Sunday along with the rest of the Delhi Capitals squad.
The Delhi franchise gave the fans a glimpse of Yash Dhull’s batting session in the nets. They posted a video of the right-hander playing a glorious ‘No-look’ upper cut.

After his brilliant performance in the U19 World Cup, Yash Dhull continued his stunning form in his debut Ranji Trophy season. He slammed 479 runs in six innings, at an average of 119.75.
His performance included a double century, his maiden first-class, against Chattisgarh. The unbeaten 261-ball 200 knock shattered Chattisgarh’s hopes of qualifying for the knockouts.

Yash Dhull was signed by the Delhi Capitals for INR 50 Lakhs at the IPL 2022 auctions. He will be eager to continue his dream run for the franchise and making title-winning contributions. Recently, in an interview Yash Dhull spoke about playing under the Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant. He said,
“Rishabh bhaiya is a great motivator and a very good captain. I want to learn the nuances of a leadership role from him. He is so energetic on the field. The way he enjoys his game and keeps motivating and encouraging his teammates from behind the wickets is amazing.”
The Delhi Capitals will begin their IPL 2022 campaign on March 27 against the Mumbai Indians at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. They will be keen to win their maiden IPL title this year.
