Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was recently seen strolling through the streets of London. The 34-year-old cricketer was accompanied by his friend Mahvash Amu, who is known for her work as a radio jockey and actor.

A travel influencer, who goes by the Instagram handle ‘travelshotsbyana’, shared a video showing Chahal and Mahvash walking together in Soho, London.

Yuzvendra Chahal is currently representing Northamptonshire in the ongoing County Championship Division Two. In their recent match against Kent, the experienced spinner went wicketless despite bowling 42 overs in the first innings. However, he made a strong comeback in the second innings, claiming four wickets with an impressive spell.

The match eventually ended in a draw. Northamptonshire’s next fixture is against Middlesex, scheduled to take place at Merchant Taylors’ School Ground in Northwood from July 22 to 25. Chahal last played for India in August 2023 and remained benched during the team’s 2024 T20 World Cup-winning campaign.

Yuzvendra Chahal And RJ Mahvash’s First Public Appearance Was At 2025 Champions Trophy Final

Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash were seen attending the 2025 Champions Trophy final together in Dubai, where India secured a four-wicket win over New Zealand, ending their 12-year wait for an ICC trophy. Chahal was later signed by Punjab Kings (PBKS) for a massive ₹18 crore at the 2025 IPL mega auction.

Throughout the season, Mahvash was spotted in the stands supporting the Punjab-based franchise. Led by Shreyas Iyer, PBKS finished as IPL 2025 runners-up after a narrow six-run loss to Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the final held in Ahmedabad.

Chahal took 16 wickets in 13 matches, with an economy rate of 9.55. Professionally, Mahvash has appeared in Amazon MX Player’s series Pyaar Paisa Profit and also produced the Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer film Section 108.
