England pace spearhead Stuart Broad has previewed the India-England series in his own words for the Daily Mail. In his column, he wrote his thoughts and predictions on the series besides Indian skipper Virat Kohli. England head into the series after beating Sri Lanka 2-0 in a Test series and having a first-hand experience of subcontinental conditions before the series. Now a bigger challenge in the form of the Indian team await the Englishmen.
Broad went onto praise the Indian tram for beating Australia in Australia without their skipper Virat Kohli. He further said that India will be confident heading into the series courtesy of their performance in the last series.

“This is not an easy place to tour, and India’s confidence will be sky high from winning at the Gabba to complete a series victory in Australia earlier this month. I can tell you that they had supporters within this England team throughout that decisive match in Brisbane,” Broad wrote in his column for The Daily Mail.
He further said England will need to focus on their own strength and not just about Indian skipper Virat Kohli. Virat is making a comeback to the team after a brief layoff due to the birth of his daughter.
Virat Kohli Is One of The Best: Stuart Broad
“Virat Kohli is one of the best I’ve ever seen but if we go through all their positives we will be defeated before we’ve even begun. We need to build on our own strengths. We are entering the series in great form ourselves” Broad stated.
England play India between February 5 to March 28 for four Tests, five T20Is, and three ODIs. Chennai will host the first two Tests. The final two Tests will be played at the newly built stadium in Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad will host the T20I series followed by Pune for the ODI series.
