Former India captain MS Dhoni has been living a quiet life ever since announcing his retirement from international cricket. However, this wasn’t the case in the old days. Back then, Dhoni used to engage with his fans and answer a multitude of questions on social media accounts.
Dhoni has a huge fan following on social media but he doesn’t use the platforms anymore. His last post was on Twitter back on January 8. The 39-year-old now lives a quiet life in Ranchi with his family.
Back in 2013, social media wasn’t as big and booming as it is now. But this didn’t deter Dhoni from coming up with a hilarious tweet. He decided to discuss milk prices.
“In Ranchi if the milkman delivers milk to ur house he charges 32 rs but if u go and pick it from his place he asks for 34 rs,” he had written.

MS Dhoni to be next seen during second of IPL 2021 in the UAE
MS Dhoni was last seen playing for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2021. Before it got postponed due to the pandemic, CSK was sitting on top of the points table. However, Dhoni’s form with the bat was a bit of concern. He’ll have a chance to set things right in the second phase of the IPL, which will most probably take place in September.
The BCCI has confirmed that the remainder of the season will be held in UAE once the Abu Dhabi government approves its request. This might come as a concern for the MSD-led side. They managed to barely avoid the wooden spoon in IPL 2020, which was held in UAE.
Dhoni, who announced his retirement from international cricket in an emotional Instagram post, will likely take a call on his IPL career at the end of the season in October.
