Former Team India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is known to share a great bond with many cricketers from the current batch. He was asked to share some tips on life and relationships by speedster Jasprit Bumrah during a candid chat when Yuvraj came up with a piece of hilarious marriage advice for the cricketer with whom he has shared the dressing room a couple of times.
During the lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic, cricketers were seen hosting live cricket talks on Instagram. In one such session, Jasprit Bumrah sought relationship advice from his former Mumbai Indians (MI) teammate Yuvraj Singh in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Bumrah had asked Yuvraj whether the legendary cricketer is still a momma’s boy (post his marriage) or not.
“There is a 14-year-age gap between us I believe. So you are much more experienced in all walks of life. And you are married. So you were called a momma’s boy. Shaadi ke baad, are you still a momma’s boy?,” Bumrah had asked Yuvraj on Instagram at the time.

When Yuvraj Singh gave a hilarious response to Jasprit Bumrah
Responding to Jasprit Bumrah’s query, the former Indian cricketer ended up giving a bit of hilarious marriage advice to the Indian pacer. Often regarded as one of the best all-rounders in the gentlemen’s game, Yuvraj Singh married Bollywood actress Hazel Keech in 2016.
“Once a momma’s boy, always a momma’s boy,” said Yuvraj while reacting to Bumrah’s question during the Instagram Live session.
“You have peace and sukoon in your life right now,” Yuvraj had famously said. “That will change once you get married. Enjoy it now because once you are married, your life will be all about finding balance at home. It, of course, helps if you have a good life partner. But chain aur sukoon toh chala hi jaata hai,” Yuvraj had added.
