IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals has congratulated Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah after he got married to sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan in Goa on Monday, March 15. The news of Jasprit Bumrah’s marriage went viral on social media after he was released from the Indian squad before the fourth test against England. Later, he was also not included in the T20I squad as well. Post marriage, Bumrah looks set to miss the three ODI’s against England too to be played in Pune. He will be making a comeback in the IPL 2021 for Mumbai Indians.
Meanwhile, IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals found a unique way to congratulate the powerful couple. With IPL 2021 set to commence in India from April 9 and conclude on May 30, the RR’s post read, “Congratulations, guys! We hear Maldives is great in April – May.”

The couple got married in Goa on 15th March in the presence of just 20 guests. It was also reported that no mobile phones were allowed during the marriage as the couple and their family members demanded privacy. Both Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan did not share much details about their marriage on social media.
They shared the news on social media only after the marriage was successfully complete. “Steered by love, we have begun a new journey together. Today is one of the happiest days of our lives and we feel blessed to be able to share the news of our wedding and our joy with you. Jasprit & Sanjana,” the newlyweds captioned their posts on social media.

Bumrah’s Indian teammates Mayank Agarwal, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya among others congratulated him on his marriage.
Sanjana Ganesan famously is known as a sports presenter on Star Sports as she’s often seen hosting pre and post-match shows. She is also associated with Kolkata Knight Riders hosting their special segment Knight Club.
