Former India Batsman and Legend, Wasim Jaffer was known for his stylish batting and tons of runs scored in domestic cricket. Since his retirement from cricket, Jaffer has taken to social media to share hilarious posts and memes about current cricket affairs. His posts often leave the fans rolling on the floor laughing.

In his recent post on social media, Jaffer shared his thoughts on what every Indian cricket fan must be dreaming about, before the start of the play on the reserve day in the ICC World Test Championship final at Southampton.

Wasim Jaffer tweeted, “Relatable much?”

The meme echoed the thoughts of all Indian Cricket fans. The fans will be hoping that India on Day 6 scores at a quicker rate and then looks to declare the innings asking the New Zealand team to chase the target down.

Both teams on equal peddle going into the final day

The India team currently leads by 32 runs with eight wickets still in hand. Virat Kohli (8*) and Cheteshwar Pujara (12*) will resume India’s innings at 64/2 on the reserve day of the ICC World Test Championship Final, at Southampton.

Both the Indian openers, Rohit Sharma (30 off 81) and Shubman Gill (8 off 33) are back in the pavilion. Earlier, New Zealand were bundled out for 249. Devon Conway’s 54 and cameos by Kyle Jamieson (21 off 16 balls) and Tim Southee (30 off 46 balls) helped New Zealand to go past India’s 217. Mohammed Shami bagged a four-wicket haul conceding 76 runs for India in the innings.

Both the teams have found that scoring runs have been difficult in this test match, as the bowlers have enjoyed much of the success. Despite, a couple of washed-out days and several bad light interruptions, the quality of cricket in the ICC World Test Championship final has been fascinating.
