2. CARROM BALL

Ajantha Mendis re-introduced the concept of carrom ball back in 2008. Carrom ball is a type of spin bowling which is implied by releasing the ball by flicking it between the thumb and a bent middle finger.

Ajantha Mendis became the toughest bowler to face with his deadly carrom ball deliveries. Later, Ravichandran Ashwin implied the technique of carrom ball which now turned out to be his greatest strength in bowling.
