Kirti Azad a right-handed batsman and right-handed off break bowler played only 7 test matches and 25 One day internationals for team India. He made his test debut against New Zealand on 21st February 1981 and retired on 16th November 1983 against West Indies.

Kirti Azad previously held two terms in politics including MLA from Delhi’s Gole Market constituency and in 2014 he won the Lok Sabha Elections from Darbhanga. Now he is currently doing his 3rd term.
