Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya had a great day on the field during the third ODI against Australia on Wednesday, March 22 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. He once again proved to be the golden arm for Team India, providing much-needed breakthroughs. The pacer bowled a peach of a delivery to send back in-form Mitchell Marsh in the match.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Mitchell Marsh opened the innings with Travis Head. The duo got the team off to a cracking start, scoring 61 runs in the first ten overs. Hardik Pandya brought Team India back into the game, by dismissing Travis Head as well as the number three batter Steve Smith. In the fifteenth over, he made Mitchell Marsh his third victim of the match.

Hardik Pandya bowled a good length delivery outside off-stump. Marsh made a poor judgment as he pushed at the delivery tentatively. The ball managed to take a thick edge off the bat and rolled onto the middle stump. Marsh missed out on a fifty, as he was dismissed for a run-a-ball 47. He slammed eight boundaries and six during his stay at the crease.
