[Watch] Pooja Vastrakar Sends Alyssa Healy Packing With Sensational Delivery

Australian skipper Alyssa Healy’s dismal show continued as she once again failed to make an impact on the India tour in the second ODI on Saturday, December 30 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Pooja Vastrakar dismissed her with a sensational delivery early in the innings.

Alyssa Healy won the toss and elected to bat first in the match. She opened the innings along with Phoebe Litchfield. The duo seemed to be going well, putting on 40 runs in the powerplay. However, their partnership was broken before the powerplay ended by Pooja Vastrakar.

In the tenth over, the pacer bowled a brilliant inswinger, which cut in sharply. Alyssa Healy played the wrong line and the leg stump got castled. She had to walk back for just 13 runs off 24 deliveries, including two boundaries. Pooja Vastrakar gave the Aussie skipper a fiery send-off as she provided India the first breakthrough.
