Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife, Devisha Shetty, have made a notable investment in Mumbai’s real estate market by acquiring two luxury apartments worth ₹21.11 crore. With this purchase, they have further expanded their property holdings.
As India’s T20I captain, Suryakumar Yadav is regarded as one of the country’s top white-ball cricketers. Despite a late debut in his career, he swiftly established himself as a leading batter. Known for his exceptional skills, SKY earns substantial income through cricket contracts and brand endorsements, strategically channeling his wealth into investments.
According to recent media reports, Yadav and his wife have purchased two high-end apartments in Chembur, Mumbai. These units, located on consecutive floors, have a combined carpet area of 4,222.7 sq. ft. and include six dedicated parking spaces.
The registration for both properties was completed on March 21, with the couple paying ₹1.26 crore in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees. Currently under construction, the luxury residences promise a “bungalow-like ambiance,” featuring spacious layouts and expansive backyards.
As per property listings, the starting price for a 3BHK apartment in Godrej Sky Terraces is ₹6.66 crore, while 4BHK units begin at ₹9 crore. The apartments are expected to be ready for possession by June 2029.

Suryakumar Yadav, popularly called “SKY,” was retained by Mumbai Indians (MI) for the IPL 2025 season with a contract worth ₹16.35 crore. Having played a crucial role in MI’s success, his game awareness and strong connection with the team made him a valuable asset.
In the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) season, Suryakumar Yadav was retained by the Mumbai Indians with a salary of ₹8 crore. Suryakumar Yadav’s IPL salary increased from ₹8 crore in 2024 to ₹16.35 crore in 2025. The difference in his salary is ₹8.35 crore.
