[WATCH]- RCB Teammates Playfully Block Swastik Chikara From Virat Kohli During Post-Qualifier 1 Photoshoot

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) players Tim David and Liam Livingstone shared a light-hearted moment with teammate Swastik Chikara during a post-match photoshoot following their IPL 2025 Qualifier 1 win against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Mullanpur on Thursday, May 29.

After the match, the RCB squad gathered on the field for a team photo. As Virat Kohli sat on a chair for the shoot, Swastik Chikara attempted to position himself right behind him. However, with a grin, Tim David playfully nudged Chikara away.

When Swastik Chikara tried to return to the same spot, Livingstone also jokingly pushed him aside, ultimately forcing Chikara to take a different position for the picture. You can watch the video here:

Can Virat Kohli Finally Clinch His First IPL Title With RCB This Season?

Virat Kohli stands alone in IPL history as the only player to have remained with a single franchise—Royal Challengers Bengaluru—since the league’s inception in 2008. Now in his 18th season with RCB, he has previously led the team to three finals, in 2009, 2011, and 2016.

Unfortunately, RCB fell short in all three title clashes. However, in the ongoing season, they’ve secured another shot at glory, storming into the final after a dominant eight-wicket victory over Punjab Kings in Qualifier 1.

Kohli has been in exceptional form this season, scoring 614 runs in 14 matches at an average of 55.81 and a strike rate of 146.53. He has notched up eight half-centuries, all of which have come in matches RCB ended up winning—a testament to his impact.

With RCB now back in the final, Kohli will be more determined than ever to finally lift the IPL trophy. Given the team’s all-round performances this season, this might just be their best opportunity yet to claim the elusive title.
