Jasprit Bumrah isn’t just India’s best bowler right now but he’s also a bowler with plenty of variations. If we talk about the off-cutter, knuckle-ball, slower ball, in-swinger, out-swinger Bumrah has got them all. We have seen him use almost all of the variations in the matches he plays for India and Mumbai Indians.
Which is why it won’t be wrong for us to say that Jasprit Bumrah is the next big in World cricket right now. At least on the basis of his past performances, we can assume that Bumrah will be making it big in the international circuit very soon.
Jasprit Bumrah imitates bowling actions of 6 bowlers
On the other hand, Jasprit Bumrah who is in UAE right now gearing up for the IPL season was seen imitating bowling actions of 6 bowlers. He imitated the actions of Munaf Patel, Glenn McGrath, Mitchell Starc, Kedar Jadhav, Shreyas Gopal and Anil Kumble.
At least that’s what we could make out from the run-up and bowling stride. We’re 100 % sure about Kedar Jadhav’s low arm bowling action since Jadhav’s releasing point is well below others.

In the past, we’ve seen Bumrah bowl off-spinners with his left-hand way back in 2017. Aakash Chopra himself shared a video captioning,
āLet me show you something. This is Jasprit Bumrah, bowling left-armā¦ ambidextrous, Letās see if he can do it again.āĀ
Well keeping all these things aside we expect Jasprit Bumrah to be a showstopper for his side this year. Since the dry pitches in the UAE will help the fast bowler with his variations. The slower ball will be more effective since the ball will nip back in on most occasions. If Bumrah puts out his best show we might as well see Mumbai Indians as champions for the fifth time in IPL history.
